Thank you, Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty for our agent, Jan Leaf. Jan's passion for the real estate process was reassuring and enjoyable. She took the time to show us several diverse areas of the county to give us a chance to determine where we wanted to be. We chose to be close to downtown Coeur d'Alene; within walking distance of shops and restaurants and within a short drive to medical services. She was always available for our questions and concerns and never gave up on our goal of the perfect retirement home. She had lists of numbers for bankers, plumbers and handymen. What treasure!

Stacey was a pleasure to work with. She had such patience with us. She even helped us after we decided on a home to make all the arrangements necessary to close a VA loan. (By the way that is not an easy task) Without her help, the sale probably would have fallen through. She is the best. She made us feel like family and I will recommend her and use her myself in the future.
